3. ClockworkMod Recovery v3.0.0.6 Image [Download: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=959240%5D]
4. cyanogen(mod) ROM Image [Download: http://download.cyanogenmod.com/?device=encore&type=nightly]
5. Google Apps [Download: http://wiki.cyanogenmod.com/index.php?title=Latest_Version/Google_Apps]
6. Overclock Kernel [Download: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=925451]

Prep your SD Card:
1. Created a 1GB ClockworkMod bootable SD
2. Copied ROM Image, Google Apps and Overclock Kernel to the bootable SD

Installation:
1. Insert SD bard into the Nook Color and Power on
2. Format the current partitions
a. ‘mounts and storage’ –>; format /system
b. ‘mounts and storage’ –>; format /data
c. ‘mounts and storage’ –>; format /cache
3. Back to main menu
4. Install new ROM, Apps and optional Overclock Kernel
d. ‘install zip from sdcard’ –>; ‘choose zip from sdcard’ –>; select “latest_CM7_nightly.zip”
e. ‘install zip from sdcard’ –>; ‘choose zip from sdcard’ –>; select “gapps-gb-20110120-signed.zip”
f. ‘install zip from sdcard’ –>; ‘choose zip from sdcard’ –>; select “update-1100mhz-froyo_CM7-emmc-cwm.zip” [Optional: Nook runs great without it]
5. Take out the SD Card
6. Reboot
